About
My work is rooted in a deep connection to the natural world. Growing up in rural Maine, I learned early that we are not separate from nature, but part of an intricate web. Throughout my life, I’ve sought to live and create in ways that honor, celebrate, and protect this remarkable place we all call home. Through public exhibitions, editorial assignments, and campaigns for institutions and mission-driven companies, I aim to cultivate awareness and inspire stewardship.
After earning my BFA in Photography from RIT, I’ve had the privilege of exhibiting my work internationally and collaborating with clients including National Geographic, The Washington Post, and Hurtigruten Expeditions. I currently serve as the Living Collections Photographer for Smithsonian Gardens, where I am documenting tree, perennial, and orchid collections through a multi-year project grant.
I balance my creative life by teaching and practicing yoga, sharing meals with family and friends, and adventuring with my talented husband and beloved Boston terriers.
Currently based in the Washington, DC region. Available for projects worldwide.
